I like the simplicity of Sinamon, the most happening maker of Cinnamon Roll in Canggu, Bali. The shop has big windows, separated with natural colored wood. Inside, it is similar color tone, plus the nice smell of cinnamon from freshly baked Cinnamon Roll.
Sinamon only sell, as you guess it, Cinnamon Roll. The plain and cheese cinnamon are regulars. Each month, there are special version of Cinnamon Roll of the month. I ordered plain Cinnamon Roll, paired with Chai Latte. The Cinnamon Roll was pretty huge, moist, and very sweet to my taste. The texture though, are smooth and awesome.
My drink, Chai Latte, come with very strong taste of Chai spices. Something that I never forget, or in fact, I wanted more. The tea was spiced with sparkle of cinnamon and cinnamon stick.
All in all, I really love the simplicity of the place, the texture of its cinnamon, and definitely going to comb back to taste the Chai Latte.
