The Sunday morning mass has just wrapped up. While spiritually charged, I mentally still need something to reset before Monday madness.
I always have this imagination to relax: reading a book with a cup of coffee and music in the background. So, after I plugged in my car, I looked for a place that fit my imagination while waiting for the car to charge.

When I stepped into Sovu, I felt that I had found the right place for that Sunday morning. With windows on three sides, Sovu is showered with warm sunlight. A lady took my order of black coffee, setting the tone for a peaceful routine.

I took a seat at the side windows facing a sidewalk. It was a quiet morning, and I quickly immersed myself in the book. Just outside, a row of potted green plants lined the stone walkway. Framed by the soft gray brick wall across the way, it formed a soothing, natural view.
Word by word, the travel stories collection from Condé Nast Traveler: Book of Unforgettable Journey brought my mind to a distant place. I sipped the coffee while immersing myself in the sunrays streaming from the window in front of me.

My phone buzzed, bringing me back from a distant place to Sovu Coffee. My car had finished charging, and so had my mental state. Slowly I rose and walked out with a smile beaming on my face.
