The day has gotten dark at 5:30 PM in Hualien, Taiwan. We were strolling around Hualien road, looking for a place for dinner and shelter from Taiwan winter night. A hot Taiwanese Beef Noodle sounds appetizing when we pass in front of Da Du Hui Noodle shop. View of boiling soup, and people slurping the noodle from behind the counter sealed our decision for dinner.
Da Du Hui Noodle Shop is manned by 1 person. He skillfully prepared orders, serve the noodle, clean up, and also answer questions about your food. But, he does not take your order. Patron order and pay via a website. Once payment completed, your order is printed, and the man will prepare your order. Very efficient!

We changed our mind when we browse the online menu. Instead of beef noodle, I ordered Noodle with egg and extra Wontoon with chili oil. Maybe some chili is good in the winter night.

We also ordered pork rice for Grace, who also decided not to have beef noodle. I shared both of the food, deciding not to order for myself.
We finished with happy belly and warm body, continuing our short walk back to our hotel.
